Has anyone done this before? Business Premium is billed as a 'downgrade' from E1 and am trying to see what I'm missing but the handful of limitations doesn't' seem to apply to us. This looks to be a simple license change and users won't notice anything. We also use Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Flow and some other services that also come with Business Premium. We do use Skype but it looks like we can still provision new users since we're already using it in our tenant. I've tried to find the differences between the plans and the biggest limitation seems to be Business Premium only allows 300 users (we are less then 100). We currently use volume licensing and upgrade every other office version but am running the numbers and it looks like for an extra $4.50/user/month we can get Office 2019 under the Office 365 Business Premium planįor less then volume licensing costs. We are currently on an Office 365 E1 plan ($8/user/mo) and am looking to upgrade our Office licensing from 2013 ProPlus to 2019.
